FAQ

1). Will CBD get me “high”?

No. All of our Products are derived from organically grown hemp in Colorado with THC levels less than the legal limit of 0.3% so there is no intoxicating effect.

2). Will I test positive for a Drug Test?

Our products are manufactured from organically grown hemp in Colorado and have less than 0.3% THC (the legal limit) while our Broad Spectrum and Isolate product lab results indicate Total Potential THC as low as 0.00% 0.00mg/g, however, it is still possible that the trace THC content may show up on various drug screenings, therefore we can not guarantee that you will, or will not pass a drug screen.

3). Is CBD Legal?

With the signing of the "Agricultural Improvement Act of 2018" (also known as the "Farm Bill") which removes hemp as a Schedule I substance and reclassifies it as an “agricultural commodity”, if CBD is derived from hemp (that adheres to the regulations set forth in the Farm Bill) that contains less than 0.3% THC (the substance that makes one "high") it is removed as a Schedule I substance and is legal at the Federal level. In addition, recent changes in State legislation also makes hemp-derived CBD products legal in some 48 states, with the exception of Idaho, Wyoming and South Dakota.

4). How are your Products manufactured?

Our hemp is grown organically in Colorado and is certified USDA Organic, is non-GMO, and grown with no pesticides, herbicides, solvents or chemical fertilizers. It is then manufactured in FDA Registered Facilities that meet GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and lab tested by an independent 3rd Party to ensure purity and potency.

5). What is the difference between Full Spectrum, Broad Spectrum and CBD Isolate?

The 3 most popular types of CBD are manufactured using different extraction methods which include or omit certain elements of the hemp plant.

“Full-spectrum” is the most unprocessed and unfiltered hemp extract which contains all of the hemp plants beneficial nutrients including cannabinoids, terpenes, and essential oils. It also contains THC, but will always be below the legal limit of 0.3%.

“Broad Spectrum” is similar to full spectrum, with an additional refinement process that removes the THC compound.

“CBD Isolate” could be considered the purest form of CBD, and is the most processed, because it is isolated from all other parts of the hemp plant including terpenes and essential oils until there is only cannabinoid (CBD) left.
